Great place to grow professionally and explore global opportunities. Trip.com Group provides a fast-paced but supportive environment where employees can continuously learn and develop new skills. I especially appreciate the international exposure, collaborative culture, and the chance to work with talented people from different backgrounds. A rewarding experience for anyone looking to build a long-term career in the travel tech industry.

A Workplace That Cares

Pros

Late in my career, I’m grateful to have finally found a workplace that truly feels right. The work culture is diverse, inclusive, and genuinely positive, making every day both productive and enjoyable. While the compensation is competitive and aligned with industry standards, what stands out most is the empathy and support shown by the management team — both locally and globally. It’s rare to find an organization that values people as much as performance, and that balance makes all the difference.

Cons

The only challenge is that such a positive and supportive work environment sets a very high standard for future workplaces 😀
