Pros

None at al, they actually manipulated my previous review used my email, but knowing a little bit of cyber security, they will also be held accountable for that.

Cons

Having worked at Trip.com, one of the most frustrating issues is **bias in promotions and opportunities**. Career advancement seems more influenced by personal connections than actual performance. Dedicated employees are often overlooked, while certain individuals receive preferential treatment, leading to a work environment where effort is undervalued. Another significant problem is the company’s **poor handling of employee concerns**. The HR department fails to provide meaningful support when issues arise, frequently dismissing complaints about favoritism, workload distribution, and workplace ethics. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, management tends to ignore them, leaving employees feeling unheard. **Lack of transparency** is another major drawback. Decisions affecting staff are often made without clear communication or input, resulting in uncertainty and instability. Employees are frequently left in the dark, struggling with unclear expectations and sudden changes. Lastly, **career progression is severely restricted**. Professional growth feels unattainable unless you’re part of the favored group, making merit-based advancement nearly impossible. Those who work hard but aren’t within the right networks find themselves stuck with limited opportunities. Overall, my experience at Trip.com was disappointing. If fairness, professional integrity, and career development matter to you, I strongly advise researching thoroughly and speaking with past employees before considering a role.

**A Warning for Job Seekers Considering Trip.com** If you're thinking about working at Trip.com, I recommend doing thorough research before applying. Based on firsthand experiences and observations, there are significant issues that potential employees should be aware of: 1. **Management & Leadership** – Decision-making often lacks transparency, and employees may experience micromanagement or unclear directives. Leadership responsiveness to concerns is inconsistent at best. 2. **Workplace Culture** – While the company presents itself as a fast-growing organization, internally, there are reports of high-pressure environments, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of genuine support for employees. High turnover rates reflect the dissatisfaction among staff. 3. **Employee Treatment** – Many employees feel undervalued, with complaints about excessive workloads and dismissive attitudes toward concerns. Reports of favoritism and uneven workloads contribute to a frustrating work environment. 4. **HR & Policies** – HR is often ineffective in addressing complaints, and enforcement of policies seems arbitrary. Issues surrounding workplace ethics and fair treatment are regularly overlooked. 5. **Compensation & Benefits** – While compensation appears competitive at first, some employees report unclear bonus structures or discrepancies in promised benefits. There have also been concerns about pay not aligning with workload expectations. 6. **Career Growth & Development** – Opportunities for advancement within the company seem limited. Internal mobility and professional development initiatives do not always translate into real growth for employees. This review aims to provide transparency for job seekers so they can make informed decisions. If you’re considering a role at Trip.com, I recommend speaking with current or former employees to get a realistic picture of the place
