Pros

People are funny and you get paid weekly

Cons

Admins are not qualified to do the work they do- not educated or trained- so they will mess up a lot of info It is highly competitive and even though it seems fun, everyone is only there for themselves, they will call your clients, try to steal anything they can get from you and the owners encourage it.

Pros

People there are fun and all the same age, good camaraderie.

Cons

You do the same thing over and over again, very strict schedules, upper management thinks yelling is the best motivator, compensation can be good but starts out as garbage. Training is almost non existent and totally boring and non informative.

Pros

Young, fun coworkers. Not much else.

Cons

No matter what they try to spin this job as, it is 100% cold calling. You will not do anything else. You will dial the phone 200+ times per day in hopes of getting someone on the phone, and when someone answers, they will typically tell you to take them off your list and/or hang up on you. Your team leads/managers will berate you for not trying hard enough, or not being slimy enough to steal leads from other people. You will be encouraged to lie to people about how you got their contact info. You will be encouraged to call "just one more time" to a screaming executive who has asked you to stop calling 10 times. You are not building relationships, you are cold calling a already saturated market. The top people at this company do make good money. They have the best clients (the ones who haven't yet figured out that Triple Crown Consulting is a shady firm), and because the commissions are uncapped, they thrive there. Newer sales reps and recruiters will NOT have the same success, which is why the average tenure is about 4-6 months there. Please do not work here. There are 100 other recruiting agencies that will pay you more, actually teach you the skills you need to be successful, and not publicly shame you in front of the entire office for not dialing the phone enough. If you interview here, you will likely get a job offer, because they hire everyone who is naive enough to interview.
