Low base salary, commissions aren't easy to earn (don't let them lie to you. You will NOT start seeing commissions in a month especially in perm where sometimes you can go months without seeing a commission from a placement). Most people quit before they ever see a commission check. Most people have to work second jobs to survive because the base is so low. Revolving door (high turnover affects company morale. No one expects new people to last and even they don't expect themselves to last) that everyone ignores. In the couple of months I was there, I saw 20+ people quit. Team leads treat employees like they work in the service industry. They'll talk about you right outside of your earshot, send passive aggressive emails, and not keep their word (the team manager will trick you with a leads challenge and change his mind once you've won). Any positive reviews here are written by team leads. They sit in the office and talk about writing 5 star reviews to deceive future employees. Whenever you hear someone say "you control how much money you make" or anything like that you can be sure that that review was written by one of the leads. Team leads will talk badly about employees in front of other employees. No one is happy there. Not even the team leads. I've never seen a more miserable environment.
