Pros

I grew very close to my teammates and enjoyed the people who worked at TCC.

Cons

Their base salary is WAY too low. They implement abrupt changes in incentives and will quickly fire people who don't meet frequently vacillating monthly goals. They also pressure people to work beyond 40 hours a week and provide limited opportunities to learn and grow.

I’m glad you grew close to your coworkers while you were at Triple Crown. A team environment is what we work towards and we are implementing more training for managers as well. Your feedback would be helpful as we continue to implement training. Please give me a call 512-623-5777 – Dave

Pros

Everyone working there is around the same age (early 20's), so it somewhat feels like you're still in college.

Cons

Everyone is the same age, managers have no previous experience managing their teams, and learn from the bad behavior of other managers. The COO doesn't care about his employees, just cares about whether or not they make their call numbers. You get shamed openly if you do not meet your numbers and are held to unrealistic expectations that the managers themselves can't even obtain. This company has a terrible business model, and no one really understands the inside of a company so the questions you are told to ask managers are terrible, and make you sound like you are an idiot. Asking companies if they use contractors is like asking a business if they pay the electric bill. I am so happy that I was able to get out of this company and move to a successful career. Turnover is ridiculously high, especially in this division. I saw three separate teams come and go in my short term here. They do not invest in their people, which is why the age group is what it is, and why the turnover is so high. If they just invested in people who had a better understanding of the IT world, and treated their employees better then they'd be better off.
