Profitable Company With No Respect for Employees

- Great co-workers were the reason I liked going in on a daily basis. - Good list of clients to work with, so there are constantly jobs

Cons

- Of the three firms I've worked with, they are the lowest paying by over $10K base salary - Uncapped commission is industry standard, not a perk - Turnover rate is absurdly high even for the staffing industry. They have ZERO loyalty to anyone except the top 8 or so Business Developers and Recruiters in the company. - Bullied an entire team of recruiters out of the company threatening to fire them - The owners made everyone in the company write favorable glass door reviews because their ranking was at 1.8 stars. When someone wouldn't write it, they were fired the next day. TCC then lied about the reasons employees were fired to avoid paying unemployment.

Thank you for your response. My concern with this review is that we do not hire employees who have previous staffing experience and we do not have the title of Senior Technical Recruiter within our company. However, thank you for stating how great our employees are! We hire some fantastic people! And yes, we do stay very busy with our great list of clients! You mentioned base salary, which is also a red flag for this review. We made a significant change to your compensation structure last year and have recently implemented new career paths that are a great perk for our progressing employees. As for requesting favorable glassdoor reviews. I had to go have to 2016 to find consistent 4-5 star ratings. So I will dismiss it. Learned about what I didn’t want in an employer

Fun people to work with which made the job seem less stressful, weekly pay, uncapped commission, good work life balance.

Cons

Leads spent way too much time micromanaging rather than helping you improve, they act childish and play favoritism. Salary is way too low for the amount of work you put in. Do not expect quick results, prepare to be constantly rejected, and don’t be surprised if your job is on the line when you’re having a bad month and can’t bring in any money, that’s the nature of this job. You’ll either sink or swim, and I can’t guarantee your leads will be much help to you.

We apologize that you didn’t have a better experience while working here. Unfortunately we are a sales based company and are driven by metrics. We give people plenty of time to get accommodated in the work environment before we give hard expectations. We have also adjusted our sales tactics to get the most out of people depending out their personality. I apologize that you did not have that experience.
