Pros

Everyone working there is around the same age (early 20's), so it somewhat feels like you're still in college.

Cons

Everyone is the same age, managers have no previous experience managing their teams, and learn from the bad behavior of other managers. The COO doesn't care about his employees, just cares about whether or not they make their call numbers. You get shamed openly if you do not meet your numbers and are held to unrealistic expectations that the managers themselves can't even obtain. This company has a terrible business model, and no one really understands the inside of a company so the questions you are told to ask managers are terrible, and make you sound like you are an idiot. Asking companies if they use contractors is like asking a business if they pay the electric bill. I am so happy that I was able to get out of this company and move to a successful career. Turnover is ridiculously high, especially in this division. I saw three separate teams come and go in my short term here. They do not invest in their people, which is why the age group is what it is, and why the turnover is so high. If they just invested in people who had a better understanding of the IT world, and treated their employees better then they'd be better off.

Pros

The people and the culture are great here. Everyone is here to make money but we also make it enjoyable by creating a good atmosphere. What you put into this job you will get out. Hard work is the key here and learning to build good accounts and network those keeps you going. Uncapped commission, benefits, supportive managment. It's a small company so your voice can be heard. There are opportunities for advancement if one is interested in a lead position.

Cons

Base salary is low Carpet Floor No Snack machine

Pros

- Easy interview process (they don't require much to work there) - Young coworkers - Uncapped commission - Nice location - good places nearby for food/happy hour

Cons

- Bosses don't encourage or support you unless you're making them money - Quick to let people go - Can't trust your own teammates or team lead - only looking out for their own best interests - Dial attempts and phone time are how they measure hard work
