- Fantastic coworkers. Everyone is very friendly, and helpful throughout the training process. - Independently determine your own success. You reap what you sow. Unlimited commision - Opportunities for upward mobility.

Cons

-A lot of cold calling. It will lighten up after you have created your database, but never stops completely. - A lot of voicemail tones, and then redialing the same number. Reminded me of the definition of insanity...
