Terrible Company, don't waste your time

- Will hire anyone - Young group of peers

Cons

Definitely a place where gossip and favoritism play a big factor into the role. Minimal and subpar training, they basically just feed you to the sharks. The company hires people on the premise that you have unlimited potential on earning money, while beginning to work on a salary smaller than a Costco employee makes. Unrealistic metric goals. When you do actually start calling people the response is negative from the people being reached out to. Most people claim Triple Crown harasses them and are furious to even still be contacted. Literally the worst period of my life was spent working here. You will be surrounded by people who went to low ranked schools with useless degrees.

Pros

you get paid weekly, and work hours are from 8am-5pm

Cons

-horrible work environment, not professional at all. I was very shocked at how people behaved themselves there. Management gossips about their employees openly. -Very high turn over, in my first couple of weeks two people left the company. - your main duty as a account manager is dialing 200 times a day and that is all ! For eight hours a day ! - You also compete with people who have been there for years and have client relationships, making it very unlikely for you to get commission. If anything this job is more about luck. - everyone who works there are friends and have known each other for a very long time, that they help each other out and for the most part you will be left out of great leads and conversations.

-Easy to get the job, barely have to have a college degree -Young coworkers, great for post grads -Paid weekly

Cons

-Horrible Owners -300+ calls and 3 hours of talk time a day, almost an impossible metric -Unethical business and sales tactics -Money is poor -High Turnover
