Pros

-The fact I am no longer there. -Got entry level staffing experience that allowed me to get my feet wet in the industry-alot of which was self-taught. -Direct manager contact

Cons

Compensation: Terrible base salary pay, commissions could be lucrative, but not easy to get. You are warned about this up front when you are just starting off, but fact of the matter is that it could be 3-6 months before you start collecting any sort of commissions, which showcases the level of difficulty of making consistent deals. Leadership: It was turn and burn type of sales environment. The second you are no longer considered "new" and more "senior" is when the pressure is full throttle. Upper-management will constantly critique you and trust me it’s not constructive. Working with the owners is another story. I worked alongside one of the owners until the rest of my stay there, and my office was subjected to extremely UNPROFESSIONAL INAPPROPRIATE language and public humiliation. You are constantly getting aggressive emails containing lots of curse words. Favoritism is apparent by the owner's and team leads the ones that produce fly under radar. Once you become a wounded soldier you are constantly kicked when you are down until you are forced to quit or get terminated. Team Environment: At TCC, they love using the word "team" and "healthy competitive environment" from an internal standpoint. There is nothing healthy about this, the negative environment exudes more stress and pressure for you to harass their internal database of contractors and clients to meet your daily production. The team leads, (depending on who you have) are not very helpful, and not very genuine. Competition with the other teams in the other two offices is another level. Don’t expect your candidates to always get sent down to clients (you constantly have to sell your candidates hard to those working in other offices even though it’s all for the same company), and everyone acts like prima-donnas. Day-to-day: You will go to a daily morning meeting go over daily production and deals. You are expected to get 3 hours of phone time, 1 traffic/manager, 2 manager leads, 20 calls, etc. You are to arrive at 8 and expected to stay past 5, if you leave before than you are looked down upon. Turnover: I have to make this a category in its own, b/c it’s the highest turnover I have ever seen period.

Pros

People there are fun and all the same age, good camaraderie.

Cons

You do the same thing over and over again, very strict schedules, upper management thinks yelling is the best motivator, compensation can be good but starts out as garbage. Training is almost non existent and totally boring and non informative.

Pros

I have been with Triple Crown Consulting for over a year and have learned more in my one year than I ever could have hoped for. There are no limits to the opportunities and experiences that are given at Triple Crown. I have been given quality training, recruiting skills and excellent business knowledge. I am able to choose how much I want to earn based on my effort and ability to work hard. Triple Crown has a “Work Hard Play Hard” mentality and the rewards for those who actually put the work in are well worth the effort. If you are a recent college graduate eager to learn, then Triple Crown Consulting can definitely help you achieve your career goals.

Cons

Not the most appealing office space.
