They take employees out drinking (but also allow them to drive home drunk)

Everything... Base salary won't even cover basic bills Constant harassment by owners, managers and leads. In my time at triple crown I saw the owner encourage employees to take their arguments outside and handle it like "real men" in a physical fights Turn and burn - I've never seen so much turnover at a company Overtime - forced overtime to meet your quota however employees are forced to sign off on 40 hour a week time sheets to cover themselves from a lawsuit they are currently in with ex employees for overtime wages.... Illegal? Owners reduce commission to cover their own expenses (ie: divorce fees, foreclosures, etc) Quarterly meetings consist of taking employees to strip clubs....

Decent way to get your foot in the door and learn the recruiting business and that is really the only positive thing I can say about this company

Cons

Everything about this company is negative and depressing and I'm genuinely shocked that they're still in business. The only positive reviews are by the managers and owners of the company. They go after people fresh out of college that have no clue what they're getting in to and don't know what to expect in the work world. The managers and owners are as bad as they get. They're unprofessional, verbally abusive and manage by using scare tactics. Stay away

low base salary, bosses are rude, behavior in the office would be an HR nightmare if they had one, profanity and public humiliation are a must.
