Triple Point Technology reviews about "pay"

Pay is on higher side as compare to market standard. But company is not having employee friendly policy. Organisation do not have proper processes in place. Most of the employee of the company working with company as they are not able to find suitable role and compensation in market.

No involved management to speak of, no vision for the compnay and product after M&A.

Since the ION acquisition, the above is no longer true. - there are no more bonuses and you are lucky if you get a pay increase - staff are no horribly underpaid, and are going "backwards" in their personal growth - management is completely incompetent and does not care about you... AT ALL!!!! you are just a pay check to them (really, so after 11 years, I mean absolutely nothing???) - they make 10 million promises about growth and opportunities, but in 3 years, I saw absolutely nothing except being pushed into a corner and being told that I have to become a yes/no man or I will lose my job. On top of that, they had the audacity to dictate my career path by forcing me down a road I had no intention of travelling??? (not happy) - Creativity is a thing of the past. Do as management says... that is it! - the CEO, do not get me started... stop buying islands and start looking after your staff! and by the way, you DO NOT have to micromanage the entire company. Trust your staff, will you? - all other comments made by other posts... all 100% true. This company needs to catch a wake up call... they are going down fast.

No direction from management. Few rule others follow

Ion people are not taking care of new referrals. Some of the so called decision makers of the respective teams are referring their ex colleagues and strangely all of them are getting selected to work for Triple Point (Isn’t this strange that their success ratio is 100%). Ultimately it will lead to a situation where the so called boss and his ex colleagues will create a situation of distrust and anarchy. It has happened before ION acquired Triple Point, where a so called boss and his state mates used to play with code, functionality and deadlines. ION people had managed to break that nexus after acquisition but next same sort of situation is in sight, if internal referrals are not being taken seriously.
