Pros

Great benefits dental and health also they match rrsp up to 2 %. BBQ every 2 weeks free fruits everyday. The people is great.

Cons

I was hired in the accounting department I left my previous job for 1 year and a half to work here and after 2 months and a half they laid me off. The company has no vision they keep changing they way they do business. The company is run by un-experience people. Also is very hard to do a jib without training. If you wanna work find another place to work.

Pros

Besides the smoke and mirrors (free fruit, bbq, nice location ) there are no pros.

Cons

Terrible management, run by a venture capital company that only cares about the dollar. Executives and CEO are cartoon characters with an education in how to run a company for dummies. Stay away!

Pros

The team becomes like family... You got to b-days, lunches, celebrate together. It definitely creates a more comforting environment. Upper management is very understanding regarding family life or illnesses. Everyone is very open (sometimes silly) which helps work breeze by most days. LOTS of laughs!

Cons

Can be stressful and unorganized at times due to changes from higher up. Sales reps come and go like hot cakes which makes it very difficult to depend on them or to resolve issues with their clients once they leave...
