Once a good company now going through a difficult time due to management errors

Pros

- Knowledgeable people - Convenient location in downtown Montreal - Massage therapist coming to the office

Cons

- A lot of layers of management and not enough people who actually do the job - Quite a few people who don't do anything at work place and know nothing about technology - Forget about getting promoted

- Nice location - The office has air conditioning - Near a metro and train

Cons

- Culture is awful - Management is clueless - The employees are fed up and it is apparent to clients - Products are failing and dev has to pick up all the slack

Pros

Triton let you to test and choose the right technology according to your needs, that allows you to learned a lot by experimenting. They've done a really good job implementing Agility, we're really Agile (not just doing daily scrum...) and daily use XP practices like TDD, pair programming... They're a lot of fun, we're regularly having BBQ, 5@7, there's also a Xmas party, summer event, hackathon like. Location is great.

Cons

Each teams have it's own priorities and it's hard to have a common alignement. Too many projects are owned by the teams and it's hard to focus on new opportunities.
