Pros

Great benefits dental and health also they match rrsp up to 2 %. BBQ every 2 weeks free fruits everyday. The people is great.

Cons

I was hired in the accounting department I left my previous job for 1 year and a half to work here and after 2 months and a half they laid me off. The company has no vision they keep changing they way they do business. The company is run by un-experience people. Also is very hard to do a jib without training. If you wanna work find another place to work.

Pros

People are smart, respectfull and open , i trust them. I feel part of a team and amongst friends lots of technical & business challenges Great technical team of very smart and experienced professionals Flexible working hours , life/work Balance is good Opportunity to try new things or even new role ( learn) lots of fun thing like hack days, BBQs , 5@7 , lunch&learn, christmas party, massage , video learning .... There is a shower & a secure bike room (plus lots of people are active ) & a nice terasse on the roof Agility mindset is a big plus . a nice culture of trust and openess is starting to emerge. the new Leadership team is starting to address cons below & and is willing to challenge the statut quo. They also listen to what people are saying or complaining about in order to change it. Diversity is a plus , people from all over the world.

Cons

culture is still volatile. lots of changes and reorganisation happen in last 2 years due to some lack of vision , and has a result some great people quit cause of that. Not enough presence and communication from higher managment . Triton doesn't quite feel like a TEAM yet ,more like small teams , but the effort is made to change that.

Pros

Besides the smoke and mirrors (free fruit, bbq, nice location ) there are no pros.

Cons

Terrible management, run by a venture capital company that only cares about the dollar. Executives and CEO are cartoon characters with an education in how to run a company for dummies. Stay away!
