Cons

- A lot of layers of management and not enough people who actually do the job - Quite a few people who don't do anything at work place and know nothing about technology - Forget about getting promoted

- Fun events (barbq and other company events) - Most people that work there are smart - Salary is ok

Very chaotic place. Managers are running all over the place trying to extinguish fires most of the time, this might be normal for a start up but Triton is not a start up anymore. - Knowledge is not shared very well and it’s often hard to get answers or to even find the right person to get answers. Some remote employees don’t want to share too much by fear of getting replaced. Knowledge is a currency for job security … - You won’t get any opportunities to move up the latter as they prefer to hire people from outside than to promote current employees. - Managers with big egos. Good luck trying to propose new ideas … - Very disorganized place, this company is like a ship without any clear destination… it might get lucky and get somewhere or it might sink in the process …
