      Only a few cons vs a lot of Pros!

      Pros

      Great flexibility! Great entry level job into medical sales. The Marketing department is a god send. If the Regional Account managers do not get paid then the National Account managers do not get paid, so the incentive for the whole team to work together is great. Smaller sales division so each RAM is more like a family member than a co worker. Everyone really pulls for your success. Travel is very necessary depending on how many states are in your territory.

      Cons

      No training. Travel can be from Monday-Friday. Communication from HQ can be abrupt and no warning is given. Commission is only bi annually within the sales team.

      Pros

      Nice building, pay is descent, benefits are not too bad. Company seems pretty stable.

      Cons

      Never puts the employee first, never gives updates on the direction of the company and how the company is currently doing. You will never feel like the company truly values you if you work here. A good example is how they handled the corona virus situation. Ton make a long story short, certain employees were given permission to work from home while the rest of could not even though it is 100% possible that we can. On top of that, they lied to us about why these employees can work from home. Just be prepared that you will always be a disgruntled employee if you work here. I don’t think I have met an employee here that has actually said, “I really enjoy working here.” Does the salary out way happiness?

      Pros

      This is a company that truly invests in you. If you work hard, they will give you room to grow. The company also does many community outreach events, where the company will cover the costs of the employee participating in a walk or marathon. They ask for feedback to see where they can improve in their benefits, and honestly, they hear you and do what they can to give their employees perks. The standards here are high, I would say higher than other companies. But it makes you want to improve and sharpen your skills. The benefits are great and the salary is competitive. I'm very happy to be part of the Trividia Team
