the warehouse has a/c and the benefits is good.

Cons

the management from hr all the way down to warehouse managers are very unprofessional. I called hr to discuss a concern with my department and they got back to management before me. Worst place i ever worked for. See for yourself

Great benefits, premise security, facilities.

Cons

Management starting form the top on down. Not very nice people as they encourage an environment where people are on pins and needles. No training and hence employees are left to fend for themselves.

Great health/dental benefits for employees.

Cons

Very cliquey work environment. Social relationships are favored over professionalism from managers. If you suck up to them you are fine. If you remain professional you will be outcasted. Management is more about friendships and gossip than professionalism and promoting a professional work environment. They word for word encourage aggressive learning via Office Politics.
