Much inter-departmental rivalry. Much favoritism. Intra-department problems not dealt with properly. Poor management that does not support staff...supervisors lie to keep their job. Company CEO pushes his political views during "Town Meetings" by blaming company's poor performance on government policies...encourages employees to vote his way. Company's problems with FDA is blamed on individual employee's poor performance rather than management taking the responsibility.

Too much politics and lack of communication between regular employees and management. Less than 3 department meeting for over 7 years. CEO has no respect for employees, cursing during a town hall meeting and using foul language at will as if he is hanging out with his boys. It used to be a great place to work but not anymore and I am glad I left. Toxic environment, which gives priority to people who go to the office talking bad about other employees. Absolutely no room for growth if you are a frank employee. Would not recommend until new management takes over...
