      Cons

      The health insurance is the only thing great, the pay is ok but you will not get a pay raise and you are expected to learn multiple machines without any insentive , there is no skill based pay like they tell you when you are hired. Management has different rules for different people some people miss work all the time without consequences and others will get terminated, management will not take care of any of the problems.

      Local teams mostly nice and stick together many of the "old" folks have an interest of working together and collaborate recently hired have a very limited clue about the company, the history and the business and are mostly coming with standard advice from consultancy

      Cons

      absolute yes man culture very fake smiling and try to be friends but stabbing each other backs is fairly common limited consequences for friends of the bosses business goes really bad

      Bad management Low salary Improvement If you want to spend your time letting people who are far less competent than you tell you what to do just because they happen to be in leadership positions through personal connections—and if you want to be part of that circle—then you’re in the perfect place. Incompetence and unfairness at its finest.
