      Cons

      Some people disappear from the organisation without notice, they decided to continue their career out of the group(???). Poor consideration for people. Only $$ count.

      Trivium have been investing in equipment and trying to modernise their operations. The work environment is fairly casual, not overly formal.

      Cons

      Historical and cultural challenges to overcome. Weak with IT / systems Market / customer intel seems lacking
