Pros
- Generally nice people - Generally casual environment - You can work from home (though this ultimately depends on your supervisor)
Cons
- It's a non-profit so... that explains a lot right there - Senior managers are highly inept and disorganized - Nearly every department is overworked because the staff is so small, and it takes eons to hire new people - HR department consists solely of one unbelievably incompetent person - There is zero accountability here. That's one of the disadvantages of a laid-back environment: some people work their butts off, while others just coast along and dump their work on the hardworking people.
