Great benefits and people! Flexible schedule and very family friendly. Everyone believes in the mission and appreciates the work being done.

Really tough to move up, both position-wise and salary-wise.

There is a lot of flexibility and good 403(b) plan benefits.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities and lower than market salary ranges. Fundraising isn't looked highly upon by senior staff which limits salary and investment in the program.
