Good 403(b) plan and good mission.

Cons

Empty promises on raises, no change management skills from execs, salary isn't a livable wage, unorganized, no upward mobility. If you work here you'll find yourself being asked to take on more and more work without any additional compensation and/or promotion opportunities.
