While there, they were constantly examing their strengths and weaknesses and trying to capitalize. The various teams were in the process of building and purchasing new systems to make themselves more agile and better focused on being better, internally and externally. I can only imagine that with a new COO, the org will be better all-around in the years to come.

Cons

There tended to be a disconnect between the National Office and the field; people working from home and people working in DC. Also, there seemed to be different standards between the entities.
