Cons would be if you aren’t accustomed to sitting in one spot, the pay could be better, and the training is currently being improved which is great!

Healthcare informatics is an up and coming field. This company is one of the first to market for years now. Well respected in the area.

Cons

Having to wear khakis every single day gets old real quick. It's nice to be able to throw on pants, nike's and a polo sometimes.... The company is known for frequent layoffs. You will meet people there who have worked 10-15-20 years, but they have worked there on 3-4-5 different occasions. This can affect stacking benefits.
