The lower level leadership are unprofessional. Managers and Directors are workplace Bullies. The worst part are the lies to protect themselves. Never can you feel valued or secure you have a stable position,

The environment was toxic. This is the company that hands down gave me the worst direct supervisor of my career. Team members were terrified to be asked to come to speak with their manager for fear it was always anger and condescension. The senior leaders have all basically worked for the same company since college and don't understand how a company is run in greater America. The "good old boys club" is alive and well and to be promoted you have to have attended the correct private high school in the Mobile area.
