Growing company with lots of opportunities. Benefits are by far the best in the area and just about anyone can get their foot in the door with the amount of hiring that they are doing. Medical insurance is less than $250/mo for family coverage, life insurance, vision insurance, short term and long term disability insurance as well as on site medical clinic with $5 prescriptions.

Cons

While the benefits are great, the pay isn't. I left and went to another company doing the same job for twice the money. The lack of communication between management and the workers leads to issues in completing jobs in a timely manner. Most managers don't know their employees and don't care to. They can be overheard on the management hall talking about their employees, making fun of them, and basically saying we aren't worth anything.

great work hours, good location, nice work space, software is easy to navigate once learned, on site medical clinic, outstanding benefits package, great training

Cons

too many "clicks" advancement opportunities not based on knowledge or performance working through breaks without pay ETO accumulation hours should be more paid bi-weekly dress code only applies to certain individuals not enough on site security
