As a result, individuals with no management experience are placed in Manager roles—and they, in turn, train the next wave of leaders. This perpetuates a cycle of underdeveloped leadership and missed opportunities for growth. Lack of Diversity in Practice- While the company publicly champions Diversity and Inclusion—with detailed policies and statements—the reality within departments tells a different story. The guidelines are not consistently followed, and the lack of representation across teams is both visible and concerning. See above - LACK OF LEADERSHIP Male-Dominated Culture - TruStage operates in a deeply male-dominated environment, where gender bias is so ingrained it often goes unnoticed. Assertive men are seen as natural leaders, while assertive women are labeled as difficult. This double standard reinforces outdated norms and stifles progress toward true equity.
