Pros

Remote option is available to employees

Cons

Glassdoor won't let me speak the truth, so I'm going to try to write this in a way where they won't keep removing it. This is my 8th+ attempt. 1. The Company (HR, Corp Comms, Marketing) is captured by the far left 2. Executive leadership is captured by the far left 3. ERGs are all about destroying normativity 4. DEI is more important than finances - a real statement uttered in our All Staff Meeting repeatedly and regularly 5. Workplace Harassment is littered with Marxist ideology protecting the "oppressed and marginalized;" normies are not protected, are punished or terminated if they speak up, speak out, or push back 6. They fly the rainbow flag in line with our U.S. Flag and force more than a month of celebrating sexuality in a work setting 7. They forced a Red Dress atrocity display this past year in our vestibule 8. They have a land acknowledgement at the entrance 9. They use "inclusive" photography that is anything but 10. They are located in dark blue Dane County - enough said - you will live the D dream of wokeness, being forced to loathe yourself, being punished for being born the way you are, (see the Biden manual of the previous woke regime) 11. If you are not a radical liberal, you will regret the day you accepted your job offer 12. Oh, and, there is a prayer room with a foot bath...at work

Pros

Good benefits Generous PTO Most people are smart, capable, and great to work with

Cons

They don't care about the short-term or long-term consequences of removing essential people from the team and have no problem dumping the work on others who don't have the expertise to do those tasks to the same standards Have failed since brand change to figure out how to make improvements to the technology side of the business and continue to make bad decisions on their behalf They lay off impactful people while retaining employees who drag their feet or contribute to an uncomfortable work environment
