Pros

Benefits and Pay above average

Cons

All of the responsibility, but no authority. Projects run at a snails pace. No support. Culture is fear based. Perfection expected.

Pros

Flexible work-from home policy, decent pay, cool project opportunities to work with newer technology. Comp time can be had if you work over 40 hours in a week. Willing to pay for training.

Cons

Meetings. Meetings about meetings. "Agile Infrastructure" efforts have ruined working in the infrastructure departments here. We spend so much time talking about PBIs and refining that we lose hours upon hours of actual productivity. Combine this with staffing levels that are way too lean, and you have a recipe for burnout. It's a methodology for software development and has no business being used here.

First, I am disappointed to hear you have had a negative experience working with us and I appreciate and value your candid feedback. We are committed to building the best employee experience possible—and that includes a commitment to continuous improvement. This happens when we can hear and learn from your experiences, just as we want to incorporate feedback from our customers to improve their experiences with us. Our ability to be agile and responsive is necessary for our strategy. I encourage you to reach out to your manager or, if you’re not comfortable doing that, contact HR4U or our Speak Freely line (you can find these on our intranet). If you don’t feel that the issue is being addressed in a timely or satisfactory manner, or would prefer, I also invite you to contact me directly. Thank you, again, for sharing. --Linda Nedelcoff, EVP, Chief Human Resources & Strategy Officer
