Thank you this feedback. It is disappointing to hear when an employee has a negative experience. It is true that our organization has gone through a period of significant change the past few years, and the challenges of 2020 are no exception. We will continue to remain diligent in our workforce safety while providing excellent customer service. The investments we have made in the IT area, along with our talent in this technology area, have allowed us to do just that in the remote setting and have been an incredible success for our organization.
