The CEO’s blatant deception and authoritarian grip are tearing this company apart. The RTO mandate, cloaked in weasel words like “in-person connection expectations,” is a sham built on lies. The claim we were 100% remote? Nonsense. Hybrid-optional was already in place. Now, it’s forced office attendance due to the location-based discrimination woven into the policy's fabric. Quit if you don’t like it? How’s that scream “we’re in this together”? I guess... it's your decision. This isn’t a policy; it’s a purge. The rhetoric about fostering a culture of caring, accountability, and innovation is a ploy to mask distrust and control. Trust? This move obliterates it. If the goal is a thriving community, this is sabotage. Keep this up, and watch this company fracture. Employees are upset. Wake up and change this before it’s too late.

Having effective systems in non existent. Outdated software and processes making work difficult to complete. We are moving to going back to the office periodically. They are constantly worried about expenses but think this would benefit as an organization. The cost for employees who do not live near madison will be extensive. Makes zero cents.
