      Pros

      Company holds to high ethical standards. Overall, colleagues are positive, hard-working, and collaborative. Flexible - informal meetings in open spaces are part of company culture. Some telecommuting is ok. Nice amenities onsite, especially for permanent employees.

      Cons

      Many processes embedded at CUNA are not efficient and can be have a learning curve, especially for a company that has a high degree of consultants that roll in and out. High amount of time spent working on inefficient processes in a very busy workplace with fast deadlines.

      Pros

      Fantastic people and a very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely appreciated and managers truly care about you and do their best to be inclusive and help you grow as an individual. Common spaces are fantastic as are high level offices.

      Cons

      It is not a very creative environment nor very diverse. Cubicles everywhere and it is a lot of individual work without much collaboration. The computers are also outdated. The company could gain a lot from hiring more young employees.
