Pros
Having 9 paid Government Holidays is nice, but the 3 weeks of annual paid vacation is fantastic! Well above the industry standard of 2 weeks for starters. On top of that, the annual salary is really nice. A good 20% more than what most places pay for the same type of role. The company is also very proactive in having solid career development plans in place for employees including well outlined goals and plenty of opportunity for working in other roles within the company.
Cons
Onboarding process can be a bit tedious as some material, while important, is not 100% necessary for all roles.
