      Used to Be a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Remote work, decent pay, unlimited PTO (at least in theory)

      Cons

      The company is going through a lot of change right now and none of it benefits the employees. The high-level leadership is completely disconnected from their workforce. Employees are being expected to do more with a lot less, especially as the company continues to lay off talented employees in necessary roles. Middle management is being squeezed, and unhappy bosses leads to unhappy employees. Do not work here.

      Pros

      I really liked the community of support and encouragement. There was always positive energy to go around and tasks got done quickly. I was challenged, while also being in a workspace that motivated me to do my best. I was also allowed to interview other employees and find out what their daily lives looked like.

      Cons

      There were no job openings at the end of the internship for me to hop on board.
