Learning about food. Earning money. But that’s about it.

Cons

Too strict and this job seriously affected my mental health. Treating us like children. Long hours. I’m glad people in the restaurant industry that we are not expendable.

Great meaning behind what the company does plus the food is great! Shifts are fast and easy.

Cons

Absolutely toxic management. You’ll always feel like you’re walking on eggshells regardless of what you do. Management likes to play favorites and you’ll know when you aren’t one. Turnover is extremely high at this location and it’s for a reason. I’ve seen many beautiful and hardworking people come and go because of sexual harassment and mistreatment from mostly management. They will not do anything to help. Schedule was never consistent and with that neither was the money. You were always over scheduled and have 3 table sections. Extremely high standards with no pay off.

Great ambiance, fun uniform, nice location.

Cons

The work environment is extremely toxic.. many employees are only there for themselves and have no issue making other team members look bad to get a leg up with the management. The management is also very bad, have been called names by one a couple times that were discriminatory towards my race. Not all coworkers are bad but there are many who do not make the environment very welcoming. If you want a positive work environment and to feel included then would not recommend a position here.
