Flexible Schedule but Poor Management

Pros

They are likely to give you the days off you ask for off in regards to availability and the shifts you prefer to work.

Cons

you never know how many hours you'll work because you will be sent home 2-3 hours into your shift, majority of the shifts are 5 hours if you stay the whole shift, and if you do get a 7 or 8 hour shift, which only happens on weekends you still don't get a break. Management has no communication with you until the very last minute. The will mess up the schedule and have another host/hostess coming in at 5 and you are scheduled until 4 and when you are ready to leave then they'll ask for you to stay.

Don’t waste your time.

Pros

I’m sorry, but there is none.

Cons

First off they hire you for full time, but you end up working part time. Long shift, no breaks. Ridiculous prep list, things that even the head chefs can’t do. No enough hours. Just everything you can think of.
