Pros

The environment is bright, the food is healthy, fun, and the menu changes every season! Also, the uniforms are cute.

Cons

I applied with "open availability" and the managers completely took advantage of that. I was getting scheduled 3-4 doubles a week. I felt like I was being held hostage to my job. Anytime I asked for fewer doubles, my managers would say "If the job is too stressful, I should quit" Waitressing has never been too stressful for me, but yes. Working 3-4 12 hour shifts a week with a meal at 35% off was too stressful for me. Personality driven managers who do not care about their employees. Had to leave for my well being and mental health.

Wrongfully Terminated

Pros

Beautiful Design,Delicious Healthy Food Options.

Cons

I was wrongfully Terminated by a Manager out of Malice. I was told there was a problem with a white long sleeve shirt I wore under my uniform to cover my body Art. But there was nothing stating that in the Employee handbook or Uniform requirement sheet. I honestly had purchased my uniform before all other employees. But i decided not to come completely dressed until my peers had received theirs. There was a statement made by Management that I was “ SHOWING OFF” . Everyday I was getting evil eyes from a female manager. Every time I looked up she was glaring at me. She was never involved in training she would sit at a table all day. No signs of encouragement during training No effort to Exhibit any form of Leadership. She would get so intoxicated during the shift it was horrible. Finally I guess on a Bad Day for her she Singles me out and Verbally attack me at the end of the shift. She tells lies to the GM that I was combative with her and makes up all these crazy lies to have me Wrongfully Terminated. This all happens before the location even opened. There was not a Guest or a Customer in the Building. I even asked her if this plain white long sleeve shirt bothers you I will go and remove it right now. She began to verbally belittle me and started attacking me again. Smh it was Truly UGLY . One disturbed individual can make an entire company and Brand look bad.
