Pros

Fun and diverse atmosphere. A lot of opportunities for the right person that's looking for potential. Menu is great, both kitchen and bar! Company pay is average Huge focus on training

Cons

Zero work - life balance with very long hours. Extremely aggressive budgets that aren't attainable (at times) due to the complex nature of the operation. Benefits are given, but not as good as other big operations.

Pros

Consistent money, some of the staff are cool.

Cons

Management always gets brought in from outside the company, and they quickly get worn down from the chaos and patrons who dine at true food. In my 2 years of working for the company, I have seen over 10 managers come in, and quit. The people who eat here are rude. The managers want you to go above and beyond for the guests, and then you don’t get appreciation from them. Shops are the only real thing they focus on. Employees who move up to management end up going back to serving or bartending because managing here sucks that bad. New manager came in and took shifts away from all the regular people and focused on his favorites.
