      Pros

      easy and fast cash friendly co workers busy good food good area next to whole foods easy parking garage learn a lot about food and ingredients

      Cons

      being bullied by managers talked down upon pressured to work more than you have to self centered management “ the restaurant always comes first” over schedule with no days off . if you get your shift covered they will still put you on the schedule because they don’t care about what you have going on outside of work.

      Pros

      The money is worth while and the opportunities for upward mobility are available if you are willing to put in the work. The concept is outstanding which tends to draw a reputable crowd of employees despite the high turn over rate.

      Cons

      High turn over rate of management -- 7 General Managers in a 5 year period, so expect to work with a large variety of management styles.
