Great food to serve. Started out great.

Cons

Seems they sold to a non restaurant group. Constant manager turnover. Chefs not motivated. Going on wait times because the kitchen couldn't handle even a little pressure

Pros

The team is really nice and the managers are all very helpful and relaxed when things get tough. Pay is great and the job isn’t as taxing as most serving jobs I’ve had.

Cons

Tip outs can be really high and sometimes rotations/seating can get tough without proper staffing
