Great staff but poor management

Pros

They hire amazing people here and really prioritize the environment being friendly and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for better co-workers! Money was very good too.

Cons

While I had two great managers, the main one was greedy and money focused. He did not care whatsoever for his employee's health or time and it resulted in a mass quitting. The other managers there were wonderful so it was a shame that the main one was so horrible.

Pros

Generally well organized; great training. Luxury to move to different cities/different restaurants, if you're into changing your scenery and not getting burnt out with particular team.

Cons

Benefits are not great. Long long hours. Definitely depends on how strong your team is and if the restaurant is high volume. It seems like they put a lot of pay into marketing and care less about the actual health/livelihood of the managers taking care of their most profitable restaurants they own.
