      Pros

      Awesome staff, comfortable uniforms, semi-flexible schedule, doesn't feel too corporate but still had rules to make a well running restaurant.

      Cons

      Sometimes scheduling was tricky, worked in Caliifornia where it was basically not allowed to work over an allotted amount of hours, and workarounds around mandatory breaks made shifts difficult sometimes.

      Pros

      Higher ups do come to check in and get feedback from servers on their experience working with the company and are focused on progressing. Environment is friendly and encourages creativity.

      Cons

      its not really a con since people can use it, but the yearly keep-up modules are kind of a drag
