Pros

4-10 hour shifts and paid holidays. Really the only good thing about the company.

Cons

Management harass workers, company lies to employees all the time. Benefits constantly being taken away, virtually no profit sharing. Gradually get worse over time. Over working employees with unrealistic numbers and tac times.

Thank you for your review. From time to time, line rates do change. This results in rebalancing and redistribution of work. Individuals' goals are timed out so they are fair and equal around the line. Additionally, True is proud to offer competitive pay and benefits. Our human resources department is very receptive to feedback and encourages employees to share any concerns with us.

they will work you to the bone. If a leader doesn't like you, your life becomes significantly harder until you resign or they manage to get you placed in another department
