The pay is decent for the area.

Cons

Employees are unappreciated & taken for granted. Raises & bonuses & other benefits have been taken away over the last 5 years, which doesn't leave much incentive for people to want to work here. Especially when part timers & new hires make just as much as people who have been with the company for 5+ years. Also the fact that management cares more about who is & isn't wearing their mask properly, than about quality & the all around moral of the company, says that their priorities are not in order.

'Most' of the people who work there are pretty good at doing what they do.

Cons

They will build what ever the customer wants, which looks good on paper, but there is no real direction. Causes chaos. Sales tries to be everything to every customer. I never heard of a clear direction from the higher ups as to what direction the company was headed (ie: delivery time, quality, service after the sale, etc.) A company can't realistically perform well if there is no direction given.
