Pros

Their focus on continuing education is awesome, they will provide tuition reimbursement if you make your case on why you want to take those courses. Have a lot of advancement opportunities. They’re generous with holiday bonuses and giving back to the community. All around friendly people.

Cons

Schedule flexibility could be improved including more work from home options but they have made active steps towards improvements and it’s at least being discussed.
