Pros

Nothing anymore. The leadership team is a joke and they make large salaries and bonuses while the average employe gets nothing.

Cons

People... the new CEO never comes to the office along with the HR team. The CFO role is always changing and they hire people that have no business in that position.

Pros

Had to put something here, but I can’t come up with a single pro except you get a company vehicle until the day they decide screw you use your own.

Cons

Upper management. Directors are puppets for VPs. Ask a director a question and you get “well, that’s a conversation to be had” meaning I have to talk to the VP because I’m not allowed to make a decision on my own. You’ll work 80 hours a week 7 days, including holidays and they have the nerve to say “can you write down what you do all day?” Are you kidding me?!! I literally did the work of 4 people and not once was I recognized for any of it. Generated more revenue each month than all other groups combined. Do they care? No. Your reward is, um in order to keep a job, we’re gonna need to give you a 45% pay cut and you can continue doing the same job. What?? K-M-A! The most money you’ll ever make at Truenet is the day you hire in period. After years there, I have no choice but to leave unless I’m willing to take that big of a pay cut. I’d rather go home and make zero rather than allow them to bend me over like they wanted to do. You tell them You’re resigning and they say, “ok I need a list of your tools” (like I’m going to steal them) 80% of the tools I bought because they can’t afford it. They then didn’t speak to you during the last 2 weeks other than a text on your last day saying Thanks and good luck. What a joke. Didn’t even send anyone to take over. They sent someone to gather their tools who was there 10 mins and left. I was excited when I started and very upset when I left because of how badly I was treated. To all you suckers who still work for this ungrateful company, good luck they are gonna do it to you next.
