Pros
Truefit goes to great lengths to build an encouraging, progressive, and collaborative culture. They hire team members that are adaptable to changing situations and new projects every few months and back up their commitment to learning by investing in training its employees at its own expense. The workspace is very comfortable with standing desks, a generous hardware budget (for new monitors, keyboards, etc.), and a nearly full service kitchenette (no stove top but that is about all they are missing there). They take in interesting projects which they vet ahead of time to ensure that the client fits their own culture. They take care of their team members very well at Truefit.
Cons
Not many, they are downtown and some people are opposed to paying for a commute to work, but other than that they have a very positive working environment.
