Everyone has a great passion for what they do and it's amazing to watch all of the individual talents come together in high performing teams. * The teams at Truefit are highly capable and develop awesome products. Unlike many other firms, Truefit looks out for the customer and seeks to be a trusted advisor, even when it isn't the easiest path to walk. * The culture is open and transparent. Throughout the organization people are willing to discuss even the most difficult topics without judging others for having a different perspective. * Employees are empowered to think of new and creative ways to solve problems. The company seems to really buy into continuous improvement and is not afraid to make changes in the pursuit of being the best it can be. * You'll never hear someone at Truefit say that you can't do something because "it's not your job."
